EO Rolling BriefPerfect sized carry on luggage for a 2 or 3 day trip. Generous briefcase compartment for laptop, and other items. Plenty of room for clothing. Built well, durable and the wheels seem well made and roll freely

Perfect size, many pockets, but bit flimsy and heavy. Needs four wheels.I always travel with this bag as it's the perfect size for carry-on (overhead or under the chair no problem) and has very nice and durable materials. My problems are 1) the handle of the roller, its bit flimsy; it requires different pressures each time I want to lower it (some times I need to push hard, and some time it needs easy push to lower it), and few times I couldn't lower the handles with my hand, and I needed a hard metal object to push the gear in the handle pole. 2) I also find it difficult to push the roller if you have another large luggage. I wish that this bag is offered with four wheels so you can easily control and manoeuvre it inside the plane.

EO Rolling Brief ReviewHello,
I can't speak to durability of this roller bag but here is what I do know: it seems very durable with larger wheels than on a normal small roller bag and it rolls very smooth. I love the color with the bright wheels. As a weekly travels, it's perfect for a couple days on the road. And it's a suitcase and a briefcase in one. My laptop, tablet, files and accessories all fit in the front while I can pack a couple days worth of clothes and toiletries in the main compartment. I like that they're separate and they zip closed. I am very happy with my purchase. The only downside, it doesn't fit under an airline seat. I fly southwest so it isn't an issue for me but I bought this about two years ago and returned it for that reason as I was flying predominantly on a different airline at that time.
Perfect size for 3 day tripsLove this rollers. Its the perfect size bag for 3-4 day business trip. Easy handle and smooth rolling. Fits every overhead compartment I have come across to date. Looking forward to buying the whole set.
BROKEN AFTER ONE USEI purchased this at a Christmas pop-up shop in Irvine, CA back in 2014. Final sale, no exchanges, no refunds so we took it out of its plastic bag, make sure the handle and wheels and zippers worked just fine. I thought, even though this was on the more expensive side, that it would be worth it due to incase's quality in its other products.
We finally had a chance to use it for the first time months later and the handle that pulls out kept jamming. Imagine being at an airport with cranky people waiting in line because the handle jammed!!! We've tried contacting incase customer service after our trip without any responses or help whatsoever.
InCase, if you are reading this, PLEASE do something about this.
Perfect travel buddyI absolutely love the EO Rolling Brief. It's compact, attractive, and you can definitely fit more than 2-3 days of travel clothing/accessories in there. I consider myself an expert packer and on my last domestic trip to the east coast I fit more than 3 days of clothes, toiletries, an external hard drive, and my 15" macbook pro. The best part is that this luggage fits in the overhead compartment with ease. I definitely recommend getting the EO Rolling Brief if you travel for weeks.
