This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how Onward Brands/Incase (“we,” “us”, “our,”) collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when using our mobile application (“App,” “Flip-Screen,” “Service,”).
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. You will be notified of significant changes. To stay informed, we recommend reviewing this page periodically.
1. What User Data We Collect
When you use our App, we may collect the following types of data:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number (if provided)
- Device Information: IP address, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
- App Usage Data: Features used, time spent on the app, interaction patterns.
- Location Data: If you grant permission, we may collect your approximate or precise location.
- Other Data: Preferences, interests, or any information you voluntarily share.
We collect only the data necessary to support core app functionality and improve the user experience. We do not collect or store personal content such as contacts or browsing history.

2. Why We Collect Your Data
We are collecting your data to:
- Improve app functionality and user experience.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Send notifications, updates, or promotional messages (if opted in).
- Conduct analytics to understand usage trends.
- Ensure security and prevent fraudulent activities.
3. Tracking Technologies & Third-Party Services
We do not use the app for advertising, user profiling, or behavioral tracking. We also do not sell or share your personal information with third-party marketing platforms.
Our app does use limited third-party services to support core functionality, including:
- Analytics and diagnostics (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics) — to monitor app performance and address technical issues.
These third parties may collect device-level information such as OS version, device type, and crash logs. This data is used only for first-party purposes (i.e., improving the app) and is not shared across services or linked to other user identifiers.
Our App may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze trends, and improve services. You can manage or disable tracking through your device settings.
Apple AppTrackingTransparency (ATT)
Our app does not trigger Apple's AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) prompt because we do not collect data that is used for tracking users across other apps and websites.
If that ever changes, users will be presented with the ATT prompt and given the option to opt out before any tracking is initiated.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Account data is managed securely via Firebase Authentication.
- User-generated content (photos, templates) is stored locally on your device, not in the cloud.
- Trending and featured content is bundled within the app for faster performance.
- We apply standard encryption and access controls to protect your data from unauthorized access.
5. Marketing and Communications
If you provide your email address and choose to opt in, we may use it to send you:
- Newsletters and product announcements
- Promotional messages or special offers
- Occasional newsletters or relevant announcements
You can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us at support@incase.com.
We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.
We will only send you marketing communications from Onward Brands/Incase if you have given us your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or applicable age based on jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover such data, we will take steps to delete it.

- Request access to the personal data we have collected about you
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Request to know what categories of personal information we collect and share
- Opt out of the “sale” of your personal information (we do not sell your data)

We will respond to all verified data requests within 30 days, in accordance with applicable data privacy laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). In certain cases, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.
If your request is complex or if we receive a high volume of requests, we may require up to an additional 30 days, and we’ll notify you if that’s the case.
Please note that:
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
- You can choose to use the app without creating an account by selecting “Skip for Now” during onboarding.
- We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Account Deletion
If you have created an account within the app, you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the in-app option.
To initiate deletion: Go to app menu to delete the profile
Upon confirmation, all personal information associated with your account (including email, saved preferences, and image data) will be permanently deleted from our system, in accordance with applicable data protection laws such as GDPR and CCPA.
