Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from Incase.com. A refund will be credited to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee. On average, returns will reach us within 5-6 business days and can take 3-5 business days to process once delivered. Please have your order number ready and click here to initiate your return

Please return only your Incase branded product. Non-Incase branded products will not be accepted.

Warranty & Replacements

Our Manufacturer’s Warranty is a limited one-year warranty that covers all products purchased from Incase.com, as well as all products purchased from an authorized retailer. Please review the chart below for details regarding your product, warranty period, and what your warranty covers. Once you’ve submitted your warranty form, we’ll be in touch within 2 business days. All US replacements usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Expect to receive an email confirmation, tracking number, or request for next steps after you submit.

Policy and Warranty Applicability

 

Products purchased by the original purchaser from Incase.com

 

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and failure to perform as intended

 

Exclusions

 

Products not purchased from Incase.com must be returned to the original place of purchase with the proof of purchase

 

Damage caused by using the product outside its intended use, mishandling, neglect, accident, tampering or unauthorized modification, and alteration

 

Remedy

 

Return the product to Incase for a partial refund.

A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns.

 

Replacement of the product with a product of equal value. The replacement product is only covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the time of replacement and is not subject to the 1 Year Warranty.

All Incase© products are subject to normal wear and tear and may become obsolete overtime. Our Manufacturer’s Warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship and guarantees a replacement of that product or a product similar. Please note that our manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage to the product if it is misused, mishandled, if it has been tampered with, or accident. 

For all Incase© products, the Limited Warranty covers a period of one (1) years from the original date of purchase; the Lifetime Warranty covers a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. 

All Incase© products are covered by either a Manufacturer’s Warranty, Limited Warranty or Lifetime Warranty if purchased from Incase.com or an authorized retailer. 

All Incase© warranties only apply to product purchased from Incase.com or a valid  reseller, including but not limited to, Verizon, Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart, and Incase's Amazon store. Unauthorized resellers include 3rd party Amazon sellers, eBay, and other similar “deal” resellers.

We strive to replace Lifetime Warranty products with the same products. However, many Incase products are seasonal or limited release and Incase holds the right to replace any product with a product a equal value.
