    Perfect backpack for college students
I bought this backpack for my freshman year in college and it has been the ideal bag for me and most likely is for college students.

First of all, I love the minimalist design because of the way it looks but mostly because of the way it works: nothing extra or frilly. Just what's essential. Truly minimalist. Also, I get so many compliments from strangers on how sleek and interesting it looks.

When I purchased it I was worried that it would be too small (I'm a biology major), but it fits everything I need for my days. However, if you like to carry all your books and folders everyday regardless of whether you'll need them or not, this is probably not the bag for you. I like to only carry what I need for that day and, for that it's the perfect size.

It is a very comfortable backpack for the carrier, but also for the carrier's laptop. The laptop sleeve, as well as a small pocket on the top, is lined with fleece. My 13" MacBook Pro fits nicely in the sleeve and gets a furry polish every time I remove and replace it.

In the past I've purchased backpacks that tear very soon after purchase and this maddens me. The Incase ICON Slim is holding up pristinely thus far and I don't see any place that it will likely wear poorly. The strap on top to carry it is SEPARATE from the shoulder straps making it safe to use. Other backpacks that have hybrid shoulder straps and carrying strap tear easily when carried with heavy things.

All in all, this backpack is great. I would 100% recommend it to anyone in the market for a beautifully designed (aesthetic and function), durable backpack.

    Quality Backpack
I am a college student and I bought this backpack as I use a laptop and tablet for the program I am in. It is convenient to pack both in my backpack in addition to notebooks. The several compartments provide convenience and the nylon exterior makes any rain come off with a shake of the bag. I love its functionality, and the shoulder straps and backing are so comfortable. It doesn't cause piling on my shirts, which I extremely appreciate. A few cons are that sometimes the space is tight. With too many objects in the compartments some things may be a hassle to get out. I also noticed that putting something solid in the front pocket will cause the shape to change (I put an umbrella and its imprint has maintained for a week). I also wish that there was a water bottle compartment or something. The two side pockets can only store a few things.

    Perfect Backpack for Tech Peeps
This is probably my 5th Incase bag and it protects your laptop and devices like no other. One of the most important things on a laptop back pack is padding on the bottom and if you have a Mac you know this all to well. I can get to my junk easy and usually put business cards and dongles in the small zip compartment on top for quick access. Love this bag with all my heart.

    Great Backpack
    HI There

I love the back pack and how everything fits.

The only issue I have with this backpack is that the type of zips used on the bag do not allow a luggage lock to be used to keep valuables safe when I place the bag in overhead storage while flying.

    Otherwise no complaints.

    ICON Slim Pack
Recently bought it and had it for my first week of getting back to school. I love the slim pack since it has plenty of space for all of my school supplies and looks very stylish in my opinion. Best part is when you don't have it fully packed then it remains in a smaller size. Unlike many other big backpacks that allow you to have a lot of things, they remain big in size no matter if you don't have a lot of books in it at the time. The sleeve padded part of the backpack is very well padded and soft. So far everything looks great, looking into buying a hardshell just to protect it once it is outside the backpack.

    EXCELLENT.
I've been using my Incase Slim Pack for almost a month now and I am thoroughly satisfied. The numerous compartments and sections for organization have allotted me easy access to my things, when I need to find them right away. Overall the product is of high quality and I would recommend it to anyone.

    Perfect Backpack for Military
I purchased this for my son who is in the military. He needed a plain black backpack. The one they issued him had more straps than a 18-wheeler hauling freight. His 15.6" Fangbook fits perfectly with enough room accessories. His iPhone and Bose Ear buds fit perfectly in the side pockets. If he's happy, I'm happy.

    Big Improvement from last version
I have had the version prior to this bag and I really liked it but it had many flaws that were exposed after a lot of use. This current version seems to have addressed everything that made that last version not as successful. The hand hold at the top is much stronger material and reinforced to minimize tearing. The straps where attached a base of the bag are also sewn much stronger. I also think that the addition of the rigid structure of the shell makes the bag look cleaner when you are wearing it. The last bag I had was very lumpy. You will not be disappointed with this bag. If you are looking for a work bag that you can use for some light traveling this is the bag to get.

    Great Quality Bag
I've had this bag for a couple weeks now and the quality is fantastic. There is room for so much and it makes my commute easy to pick up and go. I'm a taller gent and it does feel a bit small at times, perhaps that is due to it being too full. Or it's just my imagination.

    Best Backpack you can buy
I have been using Icon Slim Pack for almost a year now. Bought it online. It is without a doubt the best backpack I have ever had. It can literally cary everything I need and sometimes everything I don't really need but want to have with me, at work, plus I can't think myself traveling anywhere inland or internationally without using it. Laptop, iPad, iPhone, accessories, books, notepads and the list can go on for ever. I definitely recommend this product.

    Best back packs are INCASE
Not only does this bag look cool but it's comfortable too. It has plenty of room for all my electronics and work files plus some. As long as INCASE continues to make bags like this I'll never buy any other brand. I own both the Icon backpack and Icon slim backpack.

Incase does it again. Awesome Bag
Own the Pro Backpack DSLR. And this one is my new baby. When I'm not hauling all my gear, and want to keep it light, this is the backpack to get. Well built.
