I bought one of these in 2019. While the fabric part has held up, the plastic of the frame is now crumbling and Incase does not stand by their product to help. I paid a premium for the case expecting it would last for the lifetime of my MacBook. It did not. I keep my computer in a padded carrying case and have never dropped it, so this is not from hard use.
