Meh case but good customer service

I bought this because I wanted my AirPods to match my white iPhone in a clear case. Not sure if I got a defective unit, but mine trapped bubbles of air against the AirPods and didn’t look very good. In addition, the top portion seemed to be slightly too tight and kept slipping off on its own.



Incase customer service was really great though, they offered me a replacement and let me pick from any of their AirPods cases, not just this one. They even let me select the sport case with the lanyard that costs $5 more. I absolutely love that one, best AirPods case I’ve ever had!

Great but not for long

5 stars until the part that sticks the top case on fell off within two weeks, so now I have half a working case
