Warranty Procedure

  1. Fill out the claim form.
    Fill out the claim form as completely as possible. Include receipt # and attach a photo of the receipt and damaged product. (claims cannot be processed without a receipt.)
  2. You will receive an email confirmation
    A claim # will be emailed to the email address included in your claim form. This unique claim # links to your claim and should be used in all correspondence with Incase.
  3. We will respond to your claim request within 5-7 business days.
    Our customer care team will contact you with instructions on how to complete your warranty claim.
