EO Rolling BriefPerfect sized carry on luggage for a 2 or 3 day trip. Generous briefcase compartment for laptop, and other items. Plenty of room for clothing. Built well, durable and the wheels seem well made and roll freely

Another handle stuckAfter InCase finally contacted us back regarding the jammed handle, they exchanged his broken one for a new one which worked as expected. We liked it so much that we finally decided to buy a 2nd one. Unfortunately when we received the 2nd one, I had the same problem. I sent in another warranty claim and am waiting to hear back.
3 stars - when it works, it's 5 stars. when it doesn't, it makes traveling a 1 star experience.

EO Rolling Brief ReviewHello,
I can't speak to durability of this roller bag but here is what I do know: it seems very durable with larger wheels than on a normal small roller bag and it rolls very smooth. I love the color with the bright wheels. As a weekly travels, it's perfect for a couple days on the road. And it's a suitcase and a briefcase in one. My laptop, tablet, files and accessories all fit in the front while I can pack a couple days worth of clothes and toiletries in the main compartment. I like that they're separate and they zip closed. I am very happy with my purchase. The only downside, it doesn't fit under an airline seat. I fly southwest so it isn't an issue for me but I bought this about two years ago and returned it for that reason as I was flying predominantly on a different airline at that time.

BROKEN AFTER ONE USEI purchased this at a Christmas pop-up shop in Irvine, CA back in 2014. Final sale, no exchanges, no refunds so we took it out of its plastic bag, make sure the handle and wheels and zippers worked just fine. I thought, even though this was on the more expensive side, that it would be worth it due to incase's quality in its other products.
We finally had a chance to use it for the first time months later and the handle that pulls out kept jamming. Imagine being at an airport with cranky people waiting in line because the handle jammed!!! We've tried contacting incase customer service after our trip without any responses or help whatsoever.
InCase, if you are reading this, PLEASE do something about this.

Perfect travel buddyI absolutely love the EO Rolling Brief. It's compact, attractive, and you can definitely fit more than 2-3 days of travel clothing/accessories in there. I consider myself an expert packer and on my last domestic trip to the east coast I fit more than 3 days of clothes, toiletries, an external hard drive, and my 15" macbook pro. The best part is that this luggage fits in the overhead compartment with ease. I definitely recommend getting the EO Rolling Brief if you travel for weeks.

2.5 years, 200 flights, 4 countries, 15+ statesI've really put this bag to the test over the years with my business travel and it's still going! I've carried it on all of my travels, mostly Delta (snug on CRJ planes). By far my favorite travel roller, I think it still has another 100 flights left in it's life time.
Recommend this stylish bag to any power traveler. Perfect for a 2-3 day trip but I've gone as long as 12 days - you just have to plan each outfit and pack using packing cubes.
Beefie but Awesome! This is surely a Modern Traveler's Bag!
Easy access on the front of the Bag, Clothes on the inside!
I love this Bag! Will travel more with this EO Rolling Brief!
Great Bag for quick few days and short business travel.Bought this bag a little over a year ago for my short 2-4 day work travel. Fits great in overhead bins and the giant neon wheels roll super smooth throughout the airport. Love the expanding feature incase I ever pack more than i should.
My only issue so far has been the handle. It gets stuck every now and then in the up position. If they can upgrade that to better quality material the bag would be amazing.
Perfect for my little sonRecently got this carry on roller for my little son and works great. This baby can carry up to a week's worth of his clothing, easily (he is 4, so I can probably can fit more).
EO Rolling BriefGreat size for 3-4 days' clothes, if not winter. The best part is the brief case section: not only easy fit computer slide-in pocket (which accommodates my laptop IN a neoprene sleeve), but also an iPad slot and enough space to put in my power cord, and smaller compartments for this and that in computers.
Also is the size for a European carryon, if you make the weight limits, which are stringent.
The handle is long (great for taller people), and the bag is incredibly well balanced for rolling with a full case.
Stellar Bag!Love this bag. It escorts me on EVERY business trip or weekend excursion. The front compartment with padded laptop sleeve and associated pockets have ample room for computer cords and accessories. The coated front has stood up to light rain and handling when needing to be gate checked. I have discovered however that it will fit on most ember and some CRJ jets (unexpanded of course). The internal compartment is more generous than you think and I have been able to pack 4 days of travel depending on the occasion. The design is great and rolls easily throughout airports and tight areas. I know many are cheering for a four wheel roller but I'm not sure I see the benefit given how small this bag is. The ONE think I would change is to have all compartments open vertically for easy access. As currently designed, in order to access the main compartment, you really have to lay the bag on it's back. If the entire bag was "hinged" from the bottom (sans the expansion zipper), I would give a 5 star rating. I highly recommend this product despite this fact but strongly encourage INCASE to consider this element in their design. Oh, and if you need a product tester on new designs, I'd be happy to provide feedback and field tests :) Thanks INCASE and keep up the excellent products, handsome design, and attention to detail!
2.5 years, 200 flights, 4 countries, 15+ statesI put this bag to the ultimate test of 200+ flights and its still going. Mostly Delta flights, its been my go to bag for my weekly business travel. Fits all Delta domestic planes (a bit snug on the CRJ planes).
Recommend this bag to anyone who needs a reliable yet stylish roller. I've gone as long as 12 nights with this bag alone - just had to plan every outfit and use packing cubes.
