Incase Travel Duffel design problemI've had my incase travel duffel for a couple of months now and whilst mostly happy I do have a couple of problems with the design of this bag.
1. As the shoulder straps attach diagonally opposite each other, when carrying this on your shoulder the shape of the bag is skewed towards the two corners. Possibly better to have them in the middle of each end?
2. Not sure what the weight limit for the bag is but I normally use it with a pair of shoes, a change of clothes, my laptop and a few bits and pieces. Never had the bag more than 3/4 full. Yet the stitching at the shoulder strap clasps have come out and I had to get it repaired. Upon closer inspection, basically the weight is carried entriely by a double stitch at the top of the bag and not distributed around the bag like with the carry handles.
3. One of the buttons on the carry handle came off.
In conclusion, I like the bag and still use it regularly but the workmanship is lacking.

Ok quality. Poor build.I bought the bag just two months ago, used it twice (over two flights) and the handle has already broken. The quality of the materials is very good but I've never had a carry on break within two uses. Seems ridiculous that one is to spend $149 for a bag that needs repair after a total of 10 hours worth of traveling.

Poor qualityLoved the bag when I 1st received it. Took 3 over night car trips and the grommets broke on the handle that closes the straps. I have been hold with them fir now over 1:15 minutes and I figured that I would comment

Nice design but poor quality and make.I bought this bag awhile back but I had the same problem with the quality. I had the strap break on me after the 2nd use, which I was able to get a replacement bag through the warranty, but again after the 2nd use of the new bag the snaps on the handle broke. I emailed the costumer service department about the issues with the 2nd bag but never got any response from them. Let's just say I will never buy an incase bag again! Do not buy this bag!

Love the Bag, Hate the ButtonsFell a day or two outside the warranty, and one of the buttons on the handle wrap ripped itself apart.
Besides that — the bag is lovely. After spending about a year with it, I use it on small trips and days when I must carry many things. works well.
If it wasn't for that pesky button.

Perfect Travel bagThis bag is my favorite.
Fits everything you need and more while having a deticated laptop slot. I'll agree with the other reviewer on the strap. Have had this bag for around a year with the stitching for the strap being the only issue. The first time I used it it ripped out which is a disappointment due to the overall workmanship. Even the strap is made heavy duty.
That clasp double stitch is this bag's only drawback.

Well Made. Great Bag.This bag is awesome. I have the Travel collection backpack and suitcase, and this duffle bag was a great compliment for traveling. The Macbook compartment is great and the bag fits a lot of stuff securely. The zippers and straps are very high quality. Highly recommended.

Great Functionality, Solid ConstructionI was looking for a nice travel duffel for when I go on shorter trips (4 days or less) and wanted to be able to carry on luggage. This fit the bill perfectly, and the thing that sold me on it was the laptop sleeve. This was very important since the backpack that I use for my camera, is not large enough to fit my laptop, which leaves me without a good place to put it when carrying on.
In addition to the functionality, the bag is quite large and very well built. It will definitely give me more than enough room for over two days travel, as well as room for shoes, dopp kit, etc.
Perfect weekend carry-onOnly advice, don't over pack it. Leave a little extra room for carrying comfort. 2-3 days, no more.
